De Citizen CMP-20 is, net als alle Citizen printers, ontworpen om makkelijk in gebruik te zijn en eenvoudig te bedienen. Wireless LAN, Bluetooth, RS232 en USB is allemaal standaard bij deze mobiele bon printer. Daarnaast heeft de CMP-20 een geintegreerd mes om de geprinte bonnen makkelijk af te scheuren. Dit gecombineerd met robuustheid en betrouwbaarheid maakt de CMP-20 een zeer betrouwbare printer voor diverse toepassingen.
